POMORZE & KUJAWY FAIR CENTRE

Operating on the fair market since 1993, we specialize in the organization of fairs, exhibitions, conferences, product trainings and presentations in Bydgoszcz and the rest of Poland. In November 2002 we started to cooperate with Łuczniczka hall (www.luczniczka.bydgoszcz.pl) which is one of the most up-to-date facilities of this kind in Poland, where we hold our events. This place provides appropriate exhibition conditions to our exhibitors and a convenient access and spacious car park to our visitors. The exhibitors are offered the professional preparation and organization of the events as well as all services necessary to promote companies at a fair. Among other things, we provide comprehensive technical service in the design, construction and furnishing of the stands, catering, transport, hotel reservation in our city, assistance of hostesses and translators.
The first fair devoted to the pellets (wood granulate), held by us in Bydgoszcz, is now the only and the biggest so specialist trade fair in Poland, known as PELLETS-EXPO & BRIQUETTE-EXPO. For the 2006 edition, this event won the PŁOMIEŃ ROKU 2006 prize in the EVENT OF THE YEAR - POLAND category, awarded by the editors of Świat Kominków magazine. Justification: "The annual pellet meetings in Bydgoszcz are events which found their place in the European calendar of the enthusiasts of the pellets and renewable energy. Also the seminar section is of a high level". In 2010, received the award in the category EVENT OF THE YEAR - COUNTRY, and in 2009 the prize AS BIOMASY. Besides, we organize the AUTO-SHOW Automotive Fair which inaugurates every season of automotive fairs, presenting novelties offered by each make of passenger cars, commercial vehicles and trucks, parts and automotive accessories. We also hold the STS TUNING-SHOW Exhibition of Tuning and Sports Cars with the finals of the CAR-AUDIO and Best Tuning of Poland contests. Twice a year - in spring and autumn - we host Horticultural Fairs in Bydgoszcz and Toruń, during which Polish producers and traders present their offers.
Very popular are also organized by us, TOURISM AND RECREATION EXHIBITION - one place - thousands of ideas for tourism and recreation, everyone will find something for everyone. In 2012, we will present the new projects include CONSTRUCTION AND INSTALLATION EXHIBITION.
We do our best to make each fair rich in accompanying events. These are specialist conferences and seminars related to the main topic of a given fair, as well as contests, shows or presentations. Every event is held under the honorary patronage of ministries, municipal and provincial authorities, organizations and trade associations. We cooperate with a number of trade media, both all-Polish and regional. As the exhibitors and visitors say, each of our events is a proven point of business contacts, an additional source of knowledge, and an opportunity to exchange opinions and professional experiences. The fairs are a multipurpose marketing tool. They allow to create the image of the company, shape the opinions of the customers and contracting parties on the company, and allow to present, test and promote new products. They are also an excellent place of collecting opinions about the company and products. The most important thing is that the fairs integrate a given environment and trade, and allow a direct contact with the customers, suppliers, cooperating companies and competitors. We have no doubts. The fairs bring measurable effects. Thanks to the planning of the activities before, during and after the fairs, the effects are even better.
